The Golden Sheaf and Bombay Sapphire collaborate this spring to present Spring Days, Sapphire Nights, 6 weeks of curated creative experiences served up with mouth-watering cocktails and G&T’s. Part of the series of events will include Canvas Cinema throughout October, transforming The Golden Sheaf’s upstairs Canopy Bar into a VIP cinema that will broaden your creativity and tell inspiring stories across art, fashion, music and culture through a selection of iconic films brought to life on the screen.
CANVAS CINEMA SCHEDULE: THURSDAY, 3 OCTOBER FRIDA THURSDAY, 10 OCTOBER LOST IN TRANSLATION THURSDAY, 24 OCTOBER ALMOST FAMOUS THURSDAY, 31 OCTOBER BILL CUNNINGHAM: NEW YORK Accompanying the films will be a limited edition Bombay Sapphire Gin & Tonic botanicals menu, placing the recipe in the cinema-lovers’ hands with choices of tonics including Elderflower, Sicilian lemon and more on offer, mixing as you prefer with a range of garnishes across fruits, herbs and spices. If the G&T isn’t your thing, an elaborate cocktail menu awaits your call, including the sense-tingling Rhubarb & Vanilla Gimlet, a Blackberry + Lemon delight and the fresh Vesper. Guests will also enjoy a special cinema finger food-style menu, delivered straight to their viewing spot in specially designed caddies to complement each inspiring film. Take a seat on the Sapphire velvet couches, while sipping from your Bombay goblet for a one-of-a-kind luxurious cinematic experience. Tickets to Canvas Cinema are available for purchase online at $10 each, with the inclusion of a complementary Bombay Sapphire Gin & Tonic on arrival garnished as you choose.
