We're lucky enough to be once again teaming up with cheese expert David Herbert from Calendar Cheese Company, who will regale you with stories and anecdotes from the producers about each cheese whilst taking you on a journey through different varieties from across the globe; and the best part is, you get to eat it all! Friday 30 August 6.30pm - 8.30pm Ticket price is $75 and includes all cheese tastings on the day and 3 x 100ml glasses of paired wine.
