Did you know that a Rum renaissance is upon us?

Rum is increasingly being talked about, Rum bars are popping up and mixologists are embracing the diversity of the spirit, which ranges from light and dry to dark and rich.

It’s your turn to enjoy at the Pialligo Estate Mini Festival of Rum!

Hosted by the wonderful Phillip Jones, AKA The Martini Whisperer, you will have a night of fun, games and Rum.

Your ticket includes:

• A glass of Rum on arrival and time to mingle with other guests
• Snacks of Pialligo Estate’s award-winning Charcuterie boards
• Learn about Rum from our craft spirits expert – Phillip Jones
• Interactive games while you taste four Rums from around the world
• A prize for the winner of the night 

At the conclusion of the session, stick around at your table, order your favourite Rum of the night from our bar in the room, purchase food off our yummy bar menu and listen to live music as you continue your Rum journey around fire pits or in the warmth at your table.

We recommend you don’t drive as the Rum Tasting pours are generous and you will want to explore more of our drinks list after your session concludes. Remember we are only 10 minutes from the city!

The Essentials

Time | Tasting from 6pm to 7:30pm but stick around afterwards for live music
Cost | $60 per ticket (over 18 years old only)
Drinks| After your tastings you can purchase more Rum (or other drinks) from our bar
Ticket price includes | Pialligo Estate Smokehouse Charcuterie and an adventurous Rum tasting experience
Food | After your tastings you can purchase food from our Yummy bar menu while you listen to live music inside or sit around our fire pits outside
Location | Pialligo Estate.
