The Boatshed presents The Dry Aged Whisky Collection exclusive launch dinner on Thursday, 4 July at 7pm.
Guests will sit down to a spectacular 5 course degustation dinner hosted in the private dining space of The Boatshed, The Henley Room, for a one-of-a-kind dining experience. The Oino Gustus grain-fed beef has been dry aged for 50 days in distinctly different whiskies, under the watchful eye of our Executive Chef, Simon Street. The chef will be launching this collection with an outstanding menu to showcase the beef which has drawn incredible flavours from the whiskies, including Maker’s Mark Bourbon whisky, Auchentoshan, a Lowlands Single Malt Scotch Whisky and Laphroaig 10, the well-known Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Enjoy a cocktail on arrival and paired whiskies with each course, led by the Exchange Spirits ambassador. To end the evening, a bottle of Laphroaig Lore, valued at $180, will be gifted to one lucky guest. This whisky was named 2019 Best No Age Statement Scotch by Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible and exudes the richest possible Laphroaig flavour!
