A once in a year degustation opportunity that celebrates in season local produce and our love for truly good food and wine. 5 mouthwatering courses, 5 fine wine selections, 1 memorable degustation Our Executive Chef and the team at DeBortoli have been working together for months to create 5 courses that are matched to perfection with a selection of 5 wines. Each course has been specifically designed to complement the flavour notes of each wine and each wine has been carefully selected to represent some of the best produce of the region.
