On Wednesday July 17th we bring you the second instalment of our much anticipated wine dinner series, Elements of the Vine featuring St Hugo.
Taste elements of the renowned Barossa winemaker’s blends expertly matched with a four-course dinner designed by Lily's Head Chef Brad Casey. Led by a St Hugo sommelier, learn the heritage of the family owned vineyard and the origins behind St Hugo’s most celebrated wines, which have become rooted in Australian wine history. Eden Valley Riesling, Eden Valley Chardonnay, Barossa Shiraz and Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon are paired with a thoughtfully curated menu by Chef Brad Casey, designed to complement each and every note of the wines. Revered for their power and elegance, St Hugo wines are crafted from the finest parcels of fruit from Coonawarra and the Barossa Valley. Seats to this special event are limited.
