FAQs Do I need to book prior to the day? Mother’s Day at The Glen Hotel is our most popular day! You will be required to book your tickets online prior if attending the Mother’s Day Buffet Luncheon in our Marquee. We also highly recommend a table booking on The Deck or in Lily Restaurant for either lunch or dinner. View the seating times and book a table easily online at www.glenhotel.com.au/book What are my parking options during the event? We offer free on-site parking. What's the refund policy? All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only permitted if the ticketed event is cancelled or re-scheduled. If you do not attend the event, you will not be entitled to a refund. In the case of extenuating circumstances, you may contact the Hotel, and request a refund, which may or may not be granted in the discretion of the Hotel’s management. Refunds will need to be made 72 hours prior, due to bank processing times and booking fees will not be refunded. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the ticketed event? No, your ticket is not needed as guest names and contact details must be submitted during the ticket purchase process for the Mother’s Day Luncheon. These names will be included on our attendee list and checked when you arrive. If dining with a group, your table needs to be under the ‘Table Captain Name’ requested during the ticketing process online.
