Mother's Day is just around the corner, on Sunday the 12th of May!
Regatta Hotel is dialling up the charm this Mother’s Day with a range of scrumptious dining options to inspire and delight every palate. The Boatshed is luring diners with an a la carte breakfast menu filled with satisfyingly indulgent treats, such as the maple waffle stack, alongside breakfast classics including smoked salmon and eggs and smashed avocado & dukkah on sprouted wheat sourdough. For bookings in the Boatshed Restaurant, please call 3871 9595. Alternatively, you could opt for the breakfast buffet in the Level 1 Dining Space and enjoy a little (or a lot) of everything. The bountiful buffet is brimming with a selection of chilled starters including seasonal fruit platters, homemade granola and assorted cured meats, while the hot station offers all of the smoked bacon, eggs florentine, slow-roasted tomatoes and potato rosti you desire. There is also a Belgian-style waffle station and a bread display filled with assorted danishes and pastries for those with a sweet tooth. There are gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan options available. This year we are also offering a delicious buffet lunch in the Level 1 Dining Space. We have pulled out all of the stops to treat your mum, offering a smorgasbord of choice! The menu includes a carvery station serving succulent slow-roasted pork and beef, a beautiful hot selection of baked salmon, lamb korma and potato gratin, and a tasty cold selection offering mussels, charcuterie platters and assorted salads.
