Following our sell-out French Wine Dinner, we’re back for round two, this time pitting wines from one of the most famous French regions up against a knock-out local producer. Join us for an exclusive, intimate dinner with winemakers Arnaud Baillot (Arnaud Baillot, Burgundy) and Tim Castle (Helen’s Hill, Yarra Valley) where they will put their stellar wines head-to-head over a fabulous 4 course menu. The evening will start with Champagne and a prestige Yarra Valley Sparkling, moving on to explore the differences between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from small, family run operations from two very different countries. Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to be up close and personal with winemakers from different parts of the globe, working with the same varieties and sharing the same passion. |
Arnaud Baillot is located in Beaune, the heart of the Côte d'Or. Owner and winemaker, Arnaud Baillot is now presenting his third vintage of limited edition Burgundy Crus. Passionate about the diversity of wines the Burgundy region has to offer, Arnaud has teamed up with his wife Lauren (grandaughter of Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat in Chambolle-Musigny) to produce a spectacular range of villages and crus Burgundy wines. Helen’s Hill was established in 1984 and is a highly regarded (5 star Halliday) single vineyard and winery with a wine range that celebrates passion, persistence and the genuine connection between people and land. Each wine is hand-crafted and undergoes an arduous selection process before it makes it into a Helen’s Hill bottle. |
