Grab a coat, it’s deliciously cold inside. They can handle the cold, that’s why they’re getting into Peters Ice Cream Factory’s kitchen. In a Brisbane Ice Cream Festival first, four renowned chefs are coming together at Peter’s The Bromley Room #2 on March 23rd to create two courses each, heroing all things cold and creamy! With the culinary skill and styles of Philip Johnson (e’cco Bistro), Ben Williamson (formerly Gerard’s Bistro), Paul McGivern (La Lune Wine Co and formerly The Wolfe), and Dominique Rizzo (Putia), Chef’s Playground will churn out some unexpected combinations and stunning takes on the dessert that just loves to be experimented with!
