This workshop is a combination of restorative yoga, guided meditation, breath work and self-appreciation exercises. The intention of this workshop is to engage the parasympathetic nervous system (the rest and restore system) to allow your body to process any build up of the stress. The activities are based around this goal, and the overall themes of joy and gratitude to leave you feeling not just calm and clear but also quite happy and content.
