Care to delight in a Ruby High Tea with the pinkest of twists? How about free-flowing cocktails?  Yes, please…

Gather your loved ones and join Executive Pastry Chef Anna Polyviou at a show-stopping Pink Ribbon Ruby High Tea, in support of breast cancer awareness and The McGrath Foundation. 

Dessert devotees will savour a high tea buffet of rock star desserts and savoury morsels Polyviou has created, featuring the completely new Ruby RB1 chocolate by Callebaut.

Dance the day away to the funky beats of DJ Brown Rice and be mesmerised by stunning harbour views, with all of Sydney sparkling below. 

Each guest will receive an exclusive Callebaut Belgium Ruby RB1 chocolate gift box to take home. 

This special event is at Blu Bar on 36, 5 October, 2018, from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm.

Tickets are priced at $125, with $50 from each ticket to be donated to The McGrath Foundation. Guests will enjoy a glass of sparkling on arrival, and free-flowing teapot cocktails.
