Mekong's Head Chef Tiw Rakarin has teamed up with Handpicked Wines to deliver a carefully curated menu, set to send your taste buds on an adventure of Wine + Spice and all things nice. 
More than just a fabulous evening of food and drink, Wine + Spice is an experience designed to give diners an appreciation of how wine can elevate the dining experience. The careful curation of Handpicked wine varieties has been specifically chosen to highlight the Indochine spices used in each of Chef Tiw’s dishes.

You’ll be guided through the interesting and dynamic world of South-east Asian flavours, gaining a greater understanding of what wines work best with these distinctive aromatic spices.

The evening will also see one of Handpicked’s top sommeliers there to discuss some of the finer points of wine and food pairing, all whilst you feast on your speciality menu.

Start your night off at Handpicked Cellar Door for canapés at 6:30pm, before strolling over to Mekong for the remainder of the evening.
