On Wednesday, 11 July, our head chefs Tom Haynes and Tim Brindley will go head to head in a one-off dinner celebrating the rare, but very delicious truffle at Chiswick Woollahra. The chefs have been challenged to use truffles in a creative way, in keeping with our ‘Planted to Plated’ ethos and guests will vote for their favourite dish which will remain on the menu for the rest of truffle season. Tickets are $150 (+bf) and includes a four-course communal dining experience matched with wines from Lark Hill. Jayson Mesman from The Truffle Farm in Canberra will also be on hand to talk all things truffle.
