This safety awareness program, aims to introduce the positive aspects of karate as a method of self-defence. The program places emphasis on non-violence, self-esteem & confidence building and respect for others. In a safe environment, such as university and home, we teach the importance of defend and report, whereby students are encouraged to protect themselves in a non-aggressive way and report issues to a person of authority.
