It's no secret that we know how to cook a great steak and after attending our Aussie BBQ Masterclass you'll be equipped with the tools and knowledge to cook the perfect steak at home on the BBQ. Our steak loving Head Chef Tim Fowler, will run you through seasoning tips and perfect cooking tricks so your days of producing bland, burnt and boring steaks are behind you. Tim Fowler Tim has been working in the hospitality industry for over 18 years. He began his apprenticeship in 1999 and has worked in award winning restaurants around Victoria and has been mentored by the likes of Rodney Nevin, Greg Malouf and Derek Fuller. Tim's passion is meat, and designing menus around all cuts from the best local produce. |
