Sail into smooth waters as we leave the hectic festive season behind for a stylish, yacht themed New Year’s Eve party. New Year’s Eve begins at 7pm with a bellini in hand.

Uncharted wonders – or more accurately, the night’s canapés – are the first to alert your radar, but setting sail at Darling & Co indicates that far more lies in wait for your evening on deck.

Our venue will be transformed into a luxurious yacht, featuring timber interiors, lifesavers drawn up on ropes, and fish nets draped over walls and bars – even around wine bottles.

​For five hours, an array of summer drinks and canapés will move throughout the venue. With the coordinates for the night’s risotto station at the ready, enjoy entertainment, social chatter, and – unforgettably – cocktails, spirits, beer and wine, will have you set to cruise into New Year’s Eve without a care.
