Join Henry & The Fox for a Champagne & Rosé garden party! ... The perfect spring soirée.

Guests will be greeted with a glass of Rosé, charcuterie and cheese on arrival in our outdoor
French inspired garden for a chance to mingle before the Rosé Masterclass starts.

The Rosé Master class will be presented by wine specialist Kane Clayton from Robert Oatley
wines with a special guest appearance from Piper-Heidsieck ambassador Samuel Le Douarino to
showcase the Piper-Heidsieck Rosé Sauvage. As an extra little treat Samuel will wrap up the masterclass
with a cocktail demonstration using Piper-Heidsieck Rosé Sauvage.

Guests will then be invited to enjoy their Piper-Heidsiek Champagne during a spring seafood bouillabaisse cooking demonstration by our chefs, The seafood spring bouillabaisse will then be served with a delicious Bordeaux rosé from Chateau De Sours to match.
