Eastside Grill partners with award-winning bio-dynamic wine producer Richard Freebairn for a memorable five course dinner.
Chef Stanley Wong’s menu for the evening heroes some of the best meat and seafood available and culminates in a bourbon-aged, marbling score 9+, grass-fed Schottlanders Wagyu rump. Each course will be matched to hand-selected wines from the Paxton vineyard and will also include some special aged tastings from Richard Freebairn's personal cellar. A celebration of produce, from land to sea, this wine dinner reflects the best of what this country can offer from producers and chefs who share a passion for provenance. |
