We are very excited that Bill Downie, one of Australia’a finest & most innovative winemakers will showcase his new vintage release Pinots Noir, together with back vintages of these wonderful wines in a Masterclass & Dinner on Wednesday 24th May. This will be an absorbing exercise in regional Australian ‘terroir’, vintage effect and winemaking techniques across Bill’s own wines from Gippsland, Yarra Valley & Mornington Peninsula. After the Masterclass we will enjoy the perfect wine & food match when we enjoy Bill’s wines and a delicious Duck dish from the Botanical kitchen.
