Brett Carboni has been living and breathing sake for ages. As owner of the Mosman Park institution Tsunami and the online retailer Super Sake, he and his team travel the vastness of Japan to find the best sake at the best price. And he loves to talk about it.

Five different sakes from a sparkling eikoh-junmai-ginjo-50-kassei-nigori-hinokuchi (got it?) to the "Girl with the Hat in the Cat", you might be a little less (or more) bamboozled by the end.
