Bohemian Bar & Restaurant, together with Archie Rose Distilling Co. and Adelaide Hills Distillery invite all gin lovers to join in celebrating World Gin Day with a six-course degustation dinner. Round up your foodie friends and family and enjoy a special degustation dinner crafted by Bohemian Head Chef Gerard Rodriguez. Soak up Bohemian’s ambient riverside views as you feast on six dishes created specifically to hero gins, including deconstructed martini and Mackerel Ceviche. Be one of the first to try the special winter release of a limited edition signature gin created by Archie Rose Distilling Co. and acclaimed tattoo artist Horisumi. Along with limited edition special collaboration Green Ant gin, created with indigenous ingredients which has been hand harvested in the Northern Territory by the Motlop family of the Larrakia people, a collaboration between Adelaide Hills Distillery and Something Wild. Featuring artisan gin cocktails and award winning craft gins matched with a menu of exquisite Spanish cuisine, this is certainly one day of the year worth celebrating.
