Join Blue Cow Cheese Company and Fraser’s Restaurant to bring wonderful farmhouse cheeses matched to unique wines from some of the best regions in the world, including our very own. Whether you're are an avid cheese and wine aficionado, or just interested in furthering your knowledge, this unique evening is a must. Held in the exclusive and intimate Fraser’s Private Dining Room, guests receive a plate of cheeses that are matched to wines. The format is five cheeses with five tastes of different wines (please note, they are not full glasses). The Wine and Cheese Masterclasses are presented by local cheese expert, Nicholas Bath, from the popular Blue Cow Cheese Company. Nick established the Blue Cow Cheese Company in 1998, following a decade of experience working for some of Europe’s most celebrated cheese producers and gourmet food companies. His aim was to acquaint WA consumers with an endless variety of amazing cheese textures and flavours. Expect some classic’s and a twist! Date: Wednesday, 21 Jun - 6.30pm Theme: Amazing Black Truffle and Cheese Black Italian Truffle has become the must have ingredient to cheese. This trend has emerged over the last 5 years and we have assembled 5 Amazing cheese styles from 5 unique European regions for you to savour! Date: Wednesday, 23 Aug - 6.30pm Theme: Raclette, Mountain Cheese and Charcuterie Its winter, and what better way to embrace the cool weather is to warm your hearts and stomach with oozing warm raclette, local artisan Charcuterie and a selection of mountain cheeses Date: Wednesday, 22 Nov - 6.30pm Theme: Decadent Triple Cream Cheese and Sparkling Wines The one event you can’t miss, each year we select oozing and decadent triple cream cheeses from the best regions in the world and match them to French and new world sparkling wines!
