VIP BOTTLE SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS: • Please advise your guests to arrive between 9 – 10:30pm • Blue Diamond has a Strict Dress policy: Girls - Glamorous. Guys - Dress to impress. Collared shirt or T-shirt with Blazer/Jacket required. Dress shoes required. No singlets, sneakers, runners or athletic attire. • Booths fit 10 - 12 people at one time comfortably • Guest list price of $17 for guests, $20 general. • All alcohol in VIP bottle service will be poured & served by Blue Diamond hostesses with the appropriate qualifications, and is not intended for guests to serve themselves. • Blue Diamond will hold on to partially-consumed bottles up to 1 month from date of purchase. • Submitting this form does not guarantee entry. • If arriving in large groups please even out the female/male ratio • No Bucks/bachelor parties • This is a fully licensed event. 18+ Photo ID required. • Management always reserves the right to refuse entry. (and will refuse entry to patrons who are abusive, intoxicated, poorly dressed etc.) • By the national guidelines of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Blue Diamond cannot allow intoxicated people to enter a licensed venue.
